"It appears from the office report that the respondent No. 6 has expired and liberty was also granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file application for substitution to bring on record the LRs. of the said respondent but the same has not yet been complied. As last opportunity, four weeks time is granted to file the application for substitution. Post the matter again on 09.09.2015."

It is submitted that there are 14 respondents in the matter. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed I.A. for substitution in respect of deceased respondent NO. 6 so far. Mr. A. K. Tandale, Advocate has on 09.10.2014 filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 14. No one has entered appearace on behalf of served Respondent Nos. 2 and 13 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
