The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 26.03.2015, when the following order was passed:

" The served respondents have already filed the counter affidavit, as gets revealed from the perusal of the office report.

Fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondent nos. 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, 17 and 18 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted to be served through the Trial Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner within the period stipulated above. List again on 16.07.2015."

It is submitted that Mr. Anil Kumar Tandale, Advocate for respondent nos. 1, 2, 4, 6 , 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16 and 19 (Common in both the matters) has already filed counter affidavit. A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from respondent nos. 10. But no one has entered appearance on his behalf. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies of SLP and particulars/address of concerned Trial Courts. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued to unserved respondents.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent nos. 3, 5, 7, 12, 15, 17 and 18.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
