It is submitted that fresh show cause notice in respect of respondent No. 8 has been issued by Registered A.D. Post as well as dasti on 18.04.2015. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from Respondent so far. Counsel for the petitioner has also not filed affidavit with proof of dasti service so far. There are 13 respondents in the matter. Mr. Balbir Singh Gupta, counsel for respondent Nos. 17 and 913 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent No. 8.

SLP(C) No. 20712 of 2014

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice has been issued to unserved respondent No. 2 by Registered A.D. Post as well as dasti on 16.04.2015. A.D. Card duly signed has been received but no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 so far. Respondent No. 1 is representing through counsel and counter affidavit bas been filed.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matters are therefore listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
