It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Chandra Prakash, Advocate on 24.04.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 12.09.2013 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 3746 of 2011 along with the applications for permission to file lengthy synopsis and list of Dates and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 134 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 45 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 179

days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP(C) CC No. 10857 of 2014 Entitled B.S.N.L And Ors. Versus Kewalkrishan And Ors. as both are arising out of common order.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
