" Respondent Nos.1, 3 to 5, 7 to 12 and 14 have already filed the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 2, 6(a) to 6(e) and Respondent 13 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

However, Mr. Amitesh Kumar, Ld. Counsel for the petitioners has stated that respondent No.5 has expired. Learned counsel shall within a period of four weeks take appropriate steps in this regard.

List again on 1.2.2017."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken appropriate steps in respect of Respondent No.5 by filing application for substitution of deceased Respondent No. 5 so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete on remaining respondents.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
