UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent Nos.5 and 18 have died and he will take steps for brining on record the LRs. of the said deceased respondents. He is permitted to do so.

So far as filing of proof of dasti service in respect of respondent Nos.3, 12 and 15 are concerned, he prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file proof of dasti service.
