The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 06.04.2016, when the following order was passed:

" Ld.counsel for the petitioner has only filed the proof of sending notice by post, but failed to file the proof of service in respect of the unserved respondents, in spite of last chance granted. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

It is submitted that regarding unserved Respondent Nos. 3, 5, 12, 15 and 18, counsel for the petitioner has on 24.02.2016 filed affidavit in respect of dasti through Trial Courts enclosing therewith only receipts of the Speed Posts sent to the respondents and acknowledgements of letters got received from the concerned Trial Courts. But the counsel has not filed proofs of service of Dasti through Trial Courts.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3, 5, 12, 15 and 18.

The office report on default in matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber).
