It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Chandra Prakash, Advocate on 24.04.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 12.09.2013 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 16685/2010 along with the applications for permission to file lengthy synopsis and list of dates and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 134 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 45 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 179 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in CC No.8397 of 2014 Entitled BSNL & ORS. Versus Abnash Chander & Ors. arising out of common order was directed on 04.07.2014 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dipak Misra and Hon'ble Mr. Justice V. Gopala Gowda. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 04.07.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) No. 4621-22 of 2008 Entitled BSNL & Ors. Versus Mahadev Shrawanji Adase & Ors. Referred to page-6 of Impugned Order, while granting leave, appeal (Civil Appeal Nos. 6096-67 of 2013) were disposed of on 23.7.2013 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dipak Misra (Copy of order dated 23.07.2013 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
