The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 09.12.2015, when the following order was passed:

" The respondent Nos.1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16 & 19 have already filed the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.10, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to respondent Nos.3,5,7,12,15,17 & 18 within four weeks.

List the matter again on 16.02.2016."

It is submitted that Mr. Anil Kumar Tandale, Advocate for respondent nos. 1, 2, 4, 6 , 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16 and 19 (Common in both the matters) has already filed counter affidavit. A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from respondent nos. 10. But no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

It is further submitted that fresh show cause notice to unserved respondents has been issued by Regd. A.D. Post and dasti through concerned Trial Courts on 13.10.2015. Respondent Nos. 7 and 17 have been served through Trial Courts as per Trial Court report. Respondent No. 12 could not be served as he has retired service long ago. Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 3, 5, 12, 15 and 18. Counsel for the petitioner has also not filed affidavit of dasti through Trial Courts so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent nos. 3, 5, 12, 15 and 18.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
