Versus Abnash Chander & Ors. arising out of common order was directed on 04.07.2014 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dipak Misra and Hon'ble Mr. Justice V. Gopala Gowda. SLP is pending (Copy of order dated 04.07.2014 is enclosed herewith).
