It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Chandra Prakash, Advocate on 24.04.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 12.09.2013 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 12273 of 2011 along with the applications for permission to file lengthy synopsis and list of Dates and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP(C) CC No. 10857 of 2014 Entitled B.S.N.L And Ors. Versus Kewalkrishan And Ors. as both are arising out of common order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the

petitioner has not furnished the copies of orders dated on 26.11.2010 and 24.05.2011. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 07.07.2014 stating therein that the same are not presently required and has undertaken to produce the same before the Hon'ble Court as and when required and Counsel has requested to process the matter for early listing before the Hon'ble Court.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
