The Petition abovementioned has been filed on 5.10.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 16.1.2014 of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, Jaipur Bench at Jaipur in CSA(W) No.769/2012.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed application Nos.17 for permission to file SLP against one CC No. with application for condonation of delay in filing SLP against order dt. 16.1.14 which is barred by time by 201 days.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed order dt. 27.4.12 as per letter of undertaking given by him. Copy of the letter has already been included in the Paper Books. Copy of order is being circulated with this Office Report.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (Civil) No(s).30603/14 (main SLP(C) No.2317882/13) arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10.11.14 when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice. Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 10.11.14 is enclosed for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
