It is submitted that there are total ten respondents. Mr. Ajay Choudhary, Adv. has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 14 but has not filed counter affidavit. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 510 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit alongwith proof of service of publication. Mr. Umang Shankar, Adv. For the applicant has filed an application for impleadment to implead the applicant as a petitioner and vakalatnama on behalf of applicant, which is registered as I.A. No. 9. Copy of the same has already been included in the paper books.

It is submitted that there are total 8 respondents. Mr. Milind Kumar, Adv. has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and has filed counter affidavit. Copy of the same has already been included in the paper books. AD card duly signed has been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 23, 7 & 8 but no one has entered appearance so far. Counsel for the petitioner has filed an affidavit alongwith proof of dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 46 but no one has entered appearance so far.
