Service is complete on respondent nos. 1 and 2.

Ld. Counsel Mr. T. A. Khan appearing on behalf of Mr. B.V.Balramdas, Advocate on record appears for respondent No. 1 and seeks four weeks time for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel, Mr Aditya Awasthi appears for respondent No. 2 and seeks four weeks time for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner makes request that the matter be listed before the Hon'ble Court after four weeks.

Record shows that respondent No. 1 has been served on 17.02.2020 and respondent No. 2 has been served on 14.02.2020. They have not filed counter affidavit till today. They are seeking four more weeks. Granted with a clear understanding that the matter will be listed before the Hon'ble Court after four weeks whether or e Not Verifie counter affidavit is filed as subsequent opportunity to file 16.32 ON Uniter Affidavit stands declined, however vakalatnama may be filed.
