UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ms Madhavi Divan, learned Additional Solicitor General, states that the Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board (DSSSB), for whom she appears, would be filing a counter affidavit in response to the Special Leave Petitions. Ms Divan also states that she has instructions that the DSSSB is in the process of filing a substantive Special Leave Petition against the judgment of the High Court.

We consider it appropriate to accede to the request for filing counter affidavit. The counter affidavit be filed within a period of four weeks from today.
