The respondent No.2 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.
Service is awaited in respect of the respondent No.1. However, Dr.Monika Gusain, Ld.counsel has given appearance for the above respondent in SLP(C) No.34867/16. Four weeks time is given to file the vakalatnama and counter affidavit.
In other matters, Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent No.1 within two weeks.
