"Delay is condoned.

The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) in the Family Court, Nellore as litigation expenses within three weeks from today.

The first respondent can withdraw the said amount without furnishing security.

Subject to deposit, issue notice returnable after six weeks."

Accordingly, notice was issued on 21st August, 2014 to both respondents. Mrs. D. Bharathi Reddy, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2. A period of more than thirty days has elapsed from the date of issue of the notice by registered post, but neither A.D. Card nor unserved registered cover has been received back from Respondent no. 1 so far.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
