The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 1 st July, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay is condoned.

The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) in the Family Court, Nellore as litigation expenses within three weeks from today.

The first respondent can withdraw the said amount without furnishing security.

Subject to deposit, issue notice returnable after six weeks."

Subsequently, the matter above-mentioned was listed before the

Ld. Registrar Court on 18th March, 2015, when he was pleased to pass the following order:

"Respondent No.2 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.1 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court on its own turn."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs. 30,000/- as per Court's order dated 1 st July, 2014 and accordingly show cause notice was issued on 21st August, 2014 to both respondents. Mrs. D. Bharathi Reddy, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent no. 2 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. AD card has been received from Respondent no. 1 but not filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of said Respondents.

Service is complete.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
