The matters alongwith applications for permission to file Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed by Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate on behalf of Petitioner against the Judgment and Order dated 28.01.2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh in PIL NO. 57810 of 2014 and Crl.Misc.W.P.No. 23471 of 2014.

It is submitted that the above-mentioned matter is barred by time by 249 days and Counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the same.

It is further submitted that SLP (Crl.) Nos.5230-5231 of 2015 arising out of common order were listed before this Hon'ble Court on 13.07.2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice. Matter is pending for hearing. Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 13.07.2015 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is also submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 10th January, 2016 filed application for permission to file the additional documents alongwith additional documents and true copy of order dated 11.09.2009 of the High Court in view of undertaking given by the counsel vide letter dated 04.02.2016. Copy of the same (in the form of paper books) is circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The applications for permission to file Special Leave Petition above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
