UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Delay condoned.
Issue notice.
In addition, service through Department is permitted subject to filing the affidavit.
As it reveals, the State Government is filing the matters consecutively and seeking condonation, however, notices have been issued being similar and more than 100 matters are piled up. We request the State Government to file the pending cases, if any, on or before 08.07.2024 and the details thereof be supplied to the Registry, thereby all the cases may be listed for analogous hearing.
On receiving the list, all the cases be listed along with the connected matters, including the matters in defect, on 22.07.2024. This Order be sent to the Secretary of the State Government for information who is dealing with the case.
