Heard Mr. Prasenjeet Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing for $\overline{\mathfrak{sp}}^{\text{2200}}_{\text{m}}$ e petitioners.
The counsel would submit that this case is similar to another employee i.e., Badri Narayan Patra of the same college, in whose

favour, the learned Single Judge had ordered for recognition of the post with all due benefits. The State's challenge to such direction is pending before this Court in the SLP (Civil) Diary No. 2220 of 2024. Mr. Prasenjeet Mohapatra, learned counsel then submits that there are lot of irregularities in the concerned Nalini Devi Women's College and the respondent's appointment in the College, was found to be non-genuine.
Issue notice on the Special Leave Petition as also on the prayer for interim relief.
