UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
ORDER
Representing the State of Odisha, Mr. Shibashish Misra, learned counsel produces the list of 133 cases pertaining to the Tribunals direction to modify the grade pay for the concerned Government employees (now retired), under the second and third Revised Assured Career Progression (RACP) Scheme. In many of those cases, notice and interim orders were passed by this Court. The learned counsel refers to one such order dated 14.08.2023 passed by this Court, in the SLP (Civil) Diary No. 28456 of 2023.
Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay as to on the Special Leave Petition.
In the meantime, subject to the condition that no recovery

shall be made by the State of the alleged excess payment, the operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed.
