CIVIL APPEAL NO. 9868 OF 2016.

It is submitted that there are six respondents in the matter. Respondent No. 1 is represented through Mr. Sajith P. Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Show cause notice was also issued to Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 through Regd. Post on 7th October, 2016. As per tracking report Respondent Nos. 2 , 3, 5 and 6 have been served with show cause notice but no one has entered appearance on behalf of them so far. The delivery postal report is not available in respect of Respondent No. 4. (Copies of the postal reports are placed herewith).

Hence service of show cause notice in respect of Respondent No. 4 is not complete.

Show cause notice was also issued to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 through Regd. Post on 7th October, 2016. As per tracking report both the respondent have been served with show cause notice but no one has entered appearance on behalf of them so far. (Copies of the postal reports are placed herewith).

Hence service of show cause notice is complete.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 9870 OF 2016.

It is submitted that there are three respondents in the matter. Show cause notice was issued to all the respondents through Regd. Post on 7th October, 2016. As per tracking report all the respondents have been served with show cause notice but no one has entered appearance on behalf of them so far. (Copies of the postal reports are placed herewith).
