The respondent No.3 has failed to file the counter affidavit despite opportunities given. However, at the request of Ld.counsel, $\mathbb{F}$ ar weeks time as last and final opportunity is given to file the same. List the matter before the Hon'ble Court as per rules after expiry of four weeks.
