I.A. Nos. 45-46/2012 in C.A. Nos. 9367-9369 of 2011: In light of the earlier order passed by this Court on February 20, 2013 in I.A Nos. 3-4 in C.A. Nos. 79-82 of 2012 - CDR. A.U. Tayyaba & others vs. Union of India and others, Mr. Paras Kuhad, learned Additional Solicitor General submits that he has no objection if these applications are granted and release order dated 10.4.2012 (Annexure -I) in respect of applicant-Major Achla Singh is stayed. He, however, submits that as a result of the above (i.e. reinstatement), the benefit to applicant -Major Achla Singh (respondent No. 27 in Civil Appeals) may be made conditional upon her satisfying the criterion laid down by the appellant and subject to her suitability and fitness according to the existing policy. We order accordingly.

2. We record and accept the statement made by the learned Additional Solicitor General that the above exercise shall be completed within two months from today.

3. I.A. Nos. 45-46 of 2012 stand disposed of accordingly.
