It is submitted that Civil Appeal No. 4801/2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02.05.2016, when the Court was pleased to grant the leave. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 02.05.2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
It is submitted that Civil Appeal No. 3586/2016(Main matter is C.A.
