The Petition above mentioned has been filed by Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate on 08.09.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 01.10.2015 of the High of Judicature for Rajasthan, Jodhpur in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10420 of 2015 etc.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing SLP which is barred by time by 253 days etc.

It is submitted that SLP(C) CC Nos. 18569, 18818, 18571, 18786 and 18591/2016 and instant matters are arising out of common order, hence instant matters are tagged with SLP(C) CC No. 18229/2016 which is listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03.10.2016 in Court No. 5 as Item No. 19.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed the copy of order dated 21.7.2015, 8.8.2015, 28.8.2015, 2.8.9.2015, 3.9.2015, 8.9.2015, 9.9.2015 and 17.9.2015 and he has given a letter of undertaking in this regard. Copy of the letter dated 27.9.2016 has already been included in the paper books at Page No. 5.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
