The Petitions above mentioned have been filed by Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate on 06.09.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 01.10.2015 of the High of Judicature for Rajasthan, Jodhpur in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10473/2015 etc.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing SLP which is barred by time by 251 days etc.

It is submitted that SLP(C) CC Nos. 18344, 18400, 18440, 18516 and 18517/2016 and instant matters are arising out of common order, hence instant matter is tagged with SLP(C) CC No. 18229/2016.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) CC No. 17338/2016 and Civil Appeal No. 8403/2016 arising out of common order were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23.9.2016 and 17.8.2016, when the Court was pleased to grant the leave. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 23.9.2016 and 17.8.2016 are enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
