The Petitions above mentioned have been filed by Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate on 12.8.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 01.10.2015 of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, Jodhpur in S.B. Civil Writ Petition Nos. 9875, 9616 and 9744 of 2015.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing SLP which is barred by time by 226, 253 and 209 days.

It is submitted that SLP(C) No. CC 17576 and 17557/2016 and instant matter arising out of common order, hence instant matters are tagged with SLP(C) CC No. 17338/2016.

It is submitted that Civil Appeal No. 8010/2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to grant the leave. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 08.08.2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
