The application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber on 01.12.2014 when His Lordshipo was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay in refiling the special leave petitions is condoned subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks. The same shall be utilized for the cause of juvenile justice."

It is submitted that upon despositing the amount of Rs. 500/- with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee on 05.12.2014, SLP has been registered.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 02.12.2014 filed additional documents alongwith application to file additional documents. Copy of the same is being circulated with this office report.

The matter are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
