UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Counter affidavit of respondent No.1 has not been filed. The Ld. Counsel has mentioned that the same is ready and has been sent for signatures. One week's time is requested for the same. Be taken on record, if so filed, else the opportunity stands declined.

Respondent Nos.5 and 6 have also not filed the counter ature Not Verifie Take the time stipulated for the purpose stands expired. Further opportunity is, therefore, declined.

Petitioner to provide the sufficient number of spare copies of Special Leave Petition to get the notices issued to respondent Nos.2 to 4 and 7 to 15 and has also to provide the fresh addresses for respondent Nos.9, 10, 13, 14 and 17.

Application as filed for intervention is still defective. Defects be cured within three weeks. Application thereafter be processed as per rules.
