Identified The learned counsel appearing for the Zilla Parishad submits $\frac{1}{2}$ at there are no vacancies available in the Zilla Parishad in the category to which the petitioner belongs. However, in case the petitioner refutes the above submission, it will be open to him to approach the Zilla Parishad pointing out the vacancies available, in which case the Zilla Parishad will consider the same expeditiously.

In view of the above, the Special Leave Petitions are disposed of.
