UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

We have heard learned counsel for the parties. It has been brought to our notice that the Delhi High Court has already entertained Suo Motu Writ Petition No. 3511 of 2020, where the High atur<mark>e No</mark>t Verifi Exact has joined all necessary parties pertaining to payment of $16:30:50$ salary to the Doctors. The High Court has passed several orders in pursuance of which the amounts have already been released by the NCT of Delhi. We have been informed that the High Court has taken cognizance of the issues and is proceeding with the matter and the next date of hearing fixed before the High Court is 2nd September, 2020.

Since the High Court has taken cognizance of the issues, it shall be open for the petitioner to intervene in the matter, if there is any grievance still unsatisfied.

The writ petition is closed in view of the aforesaid.
