Respondent Nos. 6, 13 and 16 are reported to be dead. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks , as a last chance file an application for substitution to bring on record their Lrs.

Mr. Arvind Gupta, Ld. Counsel has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1,2, 4, 5 and 18. Four weeks time, as a last chance is given for filing counter affidavit.

Mr. Narender Kumar Verma, Ld. Counsel has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3, 7 to 10, 12, 14, 15 and 17. Four weeks time, as a last chance is given for filing counter affidavit.

However, Mr. Devesh Kumar Tripathi, Ld. Counsel has filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 18 and some of Respondents are already represented through another Ld. Counsel. Ld. Counsel has not given clarification in this Regard. He shall do the needful within a period of two weeks, as a last chance.
