" Counter affidavit has been filed by respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5 but has not been filed for respondent Nos. 3, 6 and 7. The Ld. Counsel has mentioned to adopt the same counter affidavit for these three respondents as well.

Respondent no. 8 has not filed counter affidavit despite last opportunity given. Further opportunity is declined.

Matter stands complete. Registry to process for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that there are eight respondents in the instant matter. Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 are represented by Mr. B.V. Balramdas, Advocate and he has filed counter affidavits and the same have already been included in the paper books. Respondent No. 8 is represented by Mr. Ravindra Keshavrao Adsure, Advocate but no counter affidavit has been filed so far.
