It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 584 days in filing the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23.10.2013 passed by the High Court of Bombay in WP No. 7036 of 2012.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 17809 of 2014 arising out of same judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 7th July, 2014 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is pending for disposal (Copy of the order dated 07.07.2014 is included in the SLP paperbooks at page No.53 as Annexure P8).

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
