The matter above mentioned has been filed on 1st January, 2017 against the impunged final Judgment and Order dated 28th April, 2017 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in WMP No. 10620 of 2017.

It is submitted that the SLP(C)No. 14336 of 2017 is arising out of common order and the same is listed before the Hon'ble Court on 8.5.2017 before Court No. 6 as Item No. 31.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 562-563 of 2017 entitled " TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA -VERSUS- STAR INDIA PVT LTD AND ORS ETC" referred to on List of dates were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 3rd March, 2017 when the Court was disposed of the same. (Copy of the order has been placed as Annexure P-11 at page nos. 116-119 in the Special Leave Petition paper books).

It is also submitted that Ms. Liz Mathew, Advocate has on 3rd May, 2017 filed an application for Intervention with Annexure A-1 to A-5 alongwith Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the applicant. (The said Interlocutory Application has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 2 and is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court).

The matter alongwith application above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
