The matter above mentioned has been filed on 1st May, 2017 against the final impugned final Judgment and order dated 28th April, 2017 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in WMP No. 10619 of 2017 in Writ Petition No. 44126 of 2016.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 562-563 of 2017 entitled " TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA -VERSUS-STAR INDIA PVT LTD AND ORS ETC" @ similar issue were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 3rd March, 2017 when the Court disposed of the same. Copy of the order has been placed as Annexure P-12 at page nos. 122-125 in the Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that M/s. Karanjawala & Co., Advocate has on 4th May, 2017 filed an application to bring on record the additional documents alongwith additional documents as Annexure P-23 to P-27. (The said Interlocutory Application has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 1. Interlocutory Application alongwith additional documents are circulated to the Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted that Ms. Liz Mathew, Advocate has on 3rd May, 2017 filed an application for Intervention with Annexure A1 to A5 alongwith Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the applicant. (The said Interlocutory Application has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 2 and is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court).

The matter alongwith applications above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
