However Ms. Priyanka Terdal, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Mr. N. Visakamurthy, Ld. Advocate-on-Record for respondent No.13.

She seeks and is granted four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Four weeks time is granted to respondent No.16 to file the counter affidavit.

Two weeks time, is granted to the appellant, for taking fresh steps in respect of respondent Nos.3, 6 and 12, who is unserved. List again on 15.7.2024.
