UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

C.A. No D.No. 29519/2023

Appellant has failed to file spare copies for issuance of notice to the respondent in terms of the Order dated 02.01.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

However, one week time is granted as a last chance to the petitioner, for the said purpose.

If spare copies are filed, Registry to issue notice to the respondent and list again on 09.04.2024.

In case of default whereof, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
