UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that as directed by this Court an amount of Rs.2,95,00,000/- (Rupees two crores, ninety five lakhs only) has been deposited before the Registry.

The Registry is directed to invest the said amount in any interest bearing fixed deposit in any nationalized bank where the highest rate of interest is paid.
