UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R Issue notice on applications for condonation of delay
as also on special leave petitions.

Mehlwal, Mr. Aditya Ranjan, Mr. Vikas Mehta, Mr. Swetank Shantanu and Mr. Awanish Kumar, learned counsel accept notice and seek some time to file reply. Four weeks' time is granted for filing counter affidavit. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
