In view of the subsequent developments, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 states that respondent no. 2, Tikam Khandelwal, will not be pressing I.A No. 1/2024 filed in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 246/2023. Respondent No. 2, Tikam Khandelwal, will be bound by the statement.
In view of the aforesaid statement by the respondent No. 2, Tikam Khandelwal, nothing survives in the present special leave petition and the same is disposed of.
The impugned order passed in the aforesaid application will be treated as of no consequence and effect.
