UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following $0 R D E R$

Permission to file special leave petition is granted.

During the course of hearing, learned Senior Advocates for the parties have drawn our attention to the order dated 14.03.2024 sed by the High Court in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Application

No. 246 of 2023.

Our attention has also been drawn to the list of dates and events, and reference is made to the roster assigned. It is stated that the writ petitions were disposed of.

Issue notice, returnable in the week commencing 06.05.2024.

Mr. Ajay Choudhary, learned counsel, who is present in Court on caveat, waives service and accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.2 – complainant. Hence, notice need not be served on the said respondent.

Notice will be served on respondent no.1 – State of Rajasthan who are unrepresented. Steps for service, by all modes, shall be taken within a period of seven days from today.

Counter affidavit/reply, if any, will be filed within four weeks from today in case of respondent no.2 - complainant and within four weeks from the date of service of the notice in case of respondent no.1 - State.

Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks after service of the counter affidavit/reply.

Till the next date of hearing, there shall be stay of further proceedings.

However, this order does not stay the Police investigation, and/or proceeding in accordance with law.
