Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5,8,10,11-14,17-19, 21,22,24,25,27,29, 32-34, 36 and 38 have already filed counter affidavit.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 9,16,31 and 35. Signature Not Verified

He seeks and is given two weeks' time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks' time to file the counter affidavit on behalf of all respondents.
