2015 when he was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Service report of the sole respondent is awaited from the concerned Trial Court. Registry to issue a fresh reminder. List again on 12.8.2015."

Accordingly, Notice was issued to the sole Respondent through Registered A.D. Post on

28.04.2015 as well as Dasti and through Trial Court.

It is submitted that neither A.D Card nor unserved cover has been received back from sole respondent so far.

It is submitted that Service Report has been received from the Trial Court stating therein that

no such person is residing at the given address (F/A)

Service of notice is not complete.

The matter is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
