The Transfer Petition above mentioned were listed alongwith main matter before the Hon'ble Court on 28th March, 2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"List after six weeks.

In the meantime, liberty is granted to counsel for the respondents to file list of dates, short notes and chart after serving a copy thereof to the learned Solicitor General well in advance. As prayed, rejoinder affidavit may be filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners."

It is submitted that Mr. Ajay Sharma, Advocate , Mr. Shailesh Madyal, Advocate, Ms. Anjani Aiyagiri, Advocate and M/s Khaitan & co. Advocates have filed Notes of Arguments on behalf of Respondent No.1 in TP(c) 834 & 839 of 2015, both Respondents in TP(c) 838 of 2015 and Respondent No.1 in TP(c) 845847 of 2015 and copy of same has been tagged with paper books for kind persual of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners have on 21st April, 2016 filed Rejoinder Affidavit in T.P. (C) Nos. 832, 833, 834, 836, 837, 839, 840, 841, 845, 846, 848 and 849 of 2015 but they have not served the copy of the same to any Counsel for Respondents except Ms. Anjani Aiyagari, Advocate, however same has been included in the Paper books for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court. Service of notice is complete.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office Report. Dated this the 1st day of August, 2016.
