In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of operation of the impugned judgment dated 22.01.2015 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh and the order dated the order dated 29.04.2014 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderbad."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mrs. Sudha Gupta, Advocate has on 28th September, 2015/27th August, 2015 filed application for modification of Court's Order dated 6 th July, 2015 and application for bring on record subsequent events & Additional documents i.e. Annexure A-I to A-8 on behalf of Respondent No.1 in CA No. 5165 of 2015. The said applications have been registered as I. A. Nos. 2 and 3 of 2015.

It is further submitted that Mr. Shadan Farasat, Advocate has on 6 th October, 2015 filed an application for directions on behalf of Respondent No. 1 in CA No. 5166 of 2015. The said application has been registered as I.A. No. 2 of 2015.
