The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 22nd January, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W. P. Nos. 17221 and 17291 of 2014.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 6 days in filing both the Special Leave Petitions and counsel for the Petitioner has also filed condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petitions.

It is further submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has filed a letter dated 13th May, 2015 in CC No. 9205 stating therein that order dated 12th December, 2014 mentioned in impugned order which is fully discussed itself in impugned order is not necessary to be filed with this SLP.

It is also submitted that SLP (C) ...CC No. 12089 of 2015 is tagged with SLP (C) ...CC No. 9205 of 2015 as both are arising out of common order.

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
