It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Advocate for Respondent No. 1 has on 8 th January, 2016 filed an application for early hearing of the Appeal. The said application for early hearing has been registered as I. A. No. 4 of 2016.

It is further submitted that there are two Respondents in the appeal above-mentioned. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. Harsh Vardhan Surana, Advocate. Respondent No. 2 has been served with the notice but he has not entered appearance before this Court so far.

It is also submitted that service is complete in connected CA No. 5166 of 2015.

In compliance of circulars dated 3 rd December, 2014 and 5 th December, 2014 original records have been sent back.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the Appellant has filed statement of case but counsel for the Respondent No.1 has not filed Statement of Case so far.

The aforesaid application for early hearing in the Appeal above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
